In the case of Asus laptops it's the date code you require - enter an incorrect password then press Alt +R at the next prompt. Take that date & enter it in the BIOS Master Password Generator below in the same order (yyyy-dd-mm, mm-dd-yyyy or dd-mm-yyyy) as displayed on your Asus laptop.
NB: Use the hyphen key "-" as the date separator, not "/". Like this: dd-mm-yyyy, not dd/mm/yyyy.
If your Asus doesn't display a date code on Alt +R boot, there are 2 touchpoints by your RAM slots. Google for your machine's exact location & short them with a paper clip or tweezers - ka-ching! No more BIOS password.
Dell use 3 minor inconveniences to defend their BIOS security. Without following their protocol, even correct BIOS Master Passwords will fail.
1. Use a USB QWERTY keyboad.
2. When entering an Uppercase character use Caps Lock, NOT Shift.
3. Press & hold the left Ctrl key when entering the password in Dell laptops, then hit Enter twice.
If your Dell service tag suffix is -0001, stop right here. That suffix indicates that the Allow Master Password switch is turned off in BIOS. You can try downgrading your BIOS but most likely will need to use an SPI Reader to dunp the BIOS.bin file - we can clean it for you.
Some Dell service tags are missing a suffix – first try the password generated, then try the passwords for all suffices by adding either -595B, -2A7B, -D35B, -1F66, -6FF1 or -BF97 to your service tag.
Downgrading the BIOS can change your suffix, resulting in a successful password generation. If your BIOS is set to allow downgrades, this method will help.
-8FC8 & -E7A8 suffix are based on an entirely new method. BIOS Master Passwords are available after PayPal donation to support further research.

Many Lenovo laptops do not use a Master Password system. These laptops require BIOS file rewrite.

Do not turn the laptop off after obtaining the Challenge Code as the BIOS Master Password is specific to that code. Restarting before the password is entered will require a new Master Password.

many times I typed wrong bios password, so the bios of Acer Aspire V5-471G notebook has blocked. I tried many web link bios master password generator (for yours too), but didn’t work.
I disassambled my notebook and under the RAMs two pins I connected 20-30 sec. G2201 BIOS password reset, G2101 and G2701 power button. It’s didn’t work too.
The BIOS of the notebook is Phoenix securecore BIOS.

The Button is not working for me. I have a Dell Servic tag DX64QY1 When I hit generate nothing happens.
That’s because the Master Password Generator only supports Dell laptops with 7-digit code plus one of the following suffixes: -595B -D35B -2A7B -1D3B -1F66 & -6FF1
If your system does not provide that type of System ID, all I can suggest is that you try official Dell Support, they are pretty good to deal with.

Sorry, I haven’t got that algorithm, I don’t know anyone that does. You could always try Dell Support, they’re quite good to deal with.
Or try updating your bios, that will often change it to another suffix.

Hi there, I have an Acer Swift SF315-51 which produces a 10-digit numeric unlock key after 3 failed attempts. I’ve tried entering it with ctr+enter, I made sure to try using all forms of letters (l vs L, 0 vs o) but nothing works, it this because the algorithm only cracks 8 digit acer passwords?

Dell tell me the process for entering the generated password in your laptop is:
Enter the generated Master Password, press Enter. If the computer responds with the message Invalid Password, press the Enter key and continue to enter the same password three more times. After the fourth attempt the BIOS should accept the master password, clear the password and allow access.

Are you entering the response code exactly as it’s displayed on the Dell? I don’t recall seeing a Dell response code with lower case characters. The Master Password for the one you gave – 230r3c2-1f66 – is w9C49rRZQWJFZlf6 (3rd last is lower L), whereas if we replace the lower case letters with capitals – 230R3C2-1F66 – then we get zYkqw19iDC5313B0.

It’s that empty space causing an undefined input error. Where it’s expecting a defined character, there’s an empty space. Maybe take a second look @ your HP Mini?
